Small habits become your new lifestyle.
Some of the habits I'm working on too and some of these were super powerful habits from 2021. I've made sure to add some helpful habits that are unique and personalized ones I haven't heard about before, like Action-based Goal Setting, mind-map Journalling, Mock Commutes, and load more powerful healthy habits that have changed my life.

// WHY PILATES
Pilates is an awesome at-home workout, no equipment needed, functional and resistance training. Increases muscle strength and tone, especially the Abdominal (Abs), Lower back, Hip and Glute (Butt) muscles. Improves balanced strength, flexibility, mobility and Stability which improves posture, decreases hip pain and lower back pain. It is beneficial for everyone, whether you're sitting all day or a professional athlete. Pilates has been proven to decrease cortisol and improve happiness, anxiety and stress levels. We focus on strengthening Arms, Core, Glutes and Legs in this video. Using a band adds Resistance Training to the Pilates class. Resistance training helps to improve muscle strength and tone.
