HIIT-Inspired Full Body Workout 😅

Getting the heart rate up and working up a sweat shouldn't be the end goal for every workout. Sweaty doesn't always mean effective, but it's definitely fun to work up a Sweat with these low-impact moves and a quick,10 minute, at-home, no-equipment Pilates workout. Standing exercises are also great for working the muscles of your entire body and challenging your stability.


The focus for this workout should still be proper engagement of your core, mind-muscle connection and moving at your own pace 💙
