Core challenge ft Pilates Mini Ball 🏐

This 10-minute, at-home, beginner-intermediate Pilates Ball workout will fire up your core, inner thighs, and triceps strength. Equipment is optional*, but adding in the Pilates small ball will be great way to add tension and awareness to your workout (Modifications provided).

A Pilates ball is a great way to add tension and awareness to your workout, as well as assist with some of the more challenging exercises.
